1 Eligibility & Registration

Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account balance depending on your card issuer's processing times.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error — whether due to a technical fault, a duplicate transaction, or any other reason — you must not use those funds and must notify l89w support immediately. Use of erroneously credited funds may be treated as a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

l89w reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts where responsible gaming concerns are identified, or to comply with internal risk management procedures. Such limits will be communicated to the affected account holder via email.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from l89w are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account, subject to the method supporting outbound transfers. l89w reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

l89w offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred, shared, or assigned to any other account.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific bonus terms expressly state otherwise.
• l89w reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying conditions already met by a player are honoured.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the l89w platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. By placing a bet or initiating a game session on l89w, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the l89w system, except where in-play cash-out functionality is explicitly available for the relevant market.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l89w platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other mechanical means to interact with the platform, place bets, or collect bonuses.

12 Suspension & Termination

l89w reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if l89w determines, at its sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if account closure is required for responsible gaming reasons.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met.
